IamUtil.UpdateUserFingerprintAsync()

DESCRIPTION

Set a user’s public key fingerprint, for instance done by an administrator to pair another user with the device.

DECLARATION

System.Threading.Tasks.Task UpdateUserFingerprintAsync(Nabto.Edge.Client.IConnection, System.String, System.String)

PARAMETERS

  • connection: An established connection to the device
  • username: The username for the user to be updated.
  • fingerprint: The new public key fingerprint for the user

ERRORS

  • T:Nabto.Edge.ClientIam.IamException: Thrown with Nabto.Edge.ClientIam.IamError if the user does not exist on the device.
  • T:Nabto.Edge.ClientIam.IamException: Thrown with Nabto.Edge.ClientIam.IamError if the user is not allowed to perform this operation.
